Ice Cream

Materials

*measuring cup

*1/2 teaspoon and teaspoon

Ingredients

*1/2 cup whole milk

*1 tablespoon sugar

*gallon-sized plastic bag

*quart-sized plastic bag

*5 cups of ice

*3 tablespoons salt

*1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Put the 5 cups of ice into the gallon-sized plastic bag and sprinkle the ice with the salt.

2. Pour the milk, sugar, and vanilla into the quart-sized plastic bag. Seal it and get out as much air from the bag as possible.

3. Put the small bag inside of the large bag and make sure the ice surrounds the small bag.

4. Seal the large bag and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE.

5. After about 10-15 minutes take out the small bag and you have ice cream!
