Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
· 1 cup crushed ice
· 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
· 1 ripe banana
· 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine crushed ice, yogurt, banana, and juice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve with a straw.
