Before Playing:

1. Cut up the numbers and cut up the sets of hats under the numbers.

Directions:

1. Match up the numbers with the number of hats.

2. Start at one and go up to ten.

3. Start at ten and go down to one.

4. Mix up the numbers and match up the hats.
